Tiger404 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or if we suspect misuse, illegal activity, if we detect multiple users using the same account, or threats to the integrity of our platform or other users.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Tiger404 provides privacy-enhancing tools intended to protect your anonymity and data security. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for any illegal use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any activities that occur under your account, including any violations of laws. Tiger404 disclaims any liability for illegal activities committed by users.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within Uruguay, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. This choice of law provision applies regardless of your place of residence or where you access the Services.
